Jaqueline Outram
Founder
By her late twenties, Jaqueline was a Senior Manager at ANZ Bank Ltd and by her early thirties, she was a Managing Director at Kamakura Inc. Through her employment and independent consulting roles, Jaqueline has trained more than 1,000 senior managers in finance, governance and risk management.

In 2008, Jaqueline left her corporate career and launched an award-winning plumbing and civil contracting business. By 2015, Jaqueline had lodged international patents on more than 100 workplace safety software inventions. Within two weeks of lodgement, Jaqueline and her family began to encounter misconduct from a large mining company that wanted to ensure Jaqueline couldn't afford, or was simply too terrified, to progress her patent applications.

Despite Jaqueline reporting all misconduct to the mining company, the misconduct continued to escalate into unlawful and then criminal activity, including extortion, threats, stalking, trespass and sexual assault.

Jaqueline also reported the misconduct to federal and state politicians and law enforcement agencies, but for almost three years, each of them refused to assist or investigate and repeatedly provided false advice. Only because of the strength and resilience of Jaqueline and her family, investigations by law enforcement agencies are now underway.

Jaqueline founded Public Arrow to ensure others who speak truth to power don't have to stand alone.
